Refund policy

1. Return Eligibility

International Returns/Refunds: Unfortunately, we do not process international refunds or returns at this time.

Discounted Items and Final Sale: Discounted and final sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Product Packaging: Returned items must be in their original product packaging, including accessories such as the microfiber cloth and case.

Visible Signs of Wear: Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges at this time.

2. Return Process

Return Timeframe: You can return a product within 7 days of receiving your order.

3. Eligible Items and Exclusions

Eligible Items: All items must be unworn, free of damage, and have the original packaging to be eligible.

Exclusions: Cases and cloths must be returned with the item.

4. Timeframe for Initiating a Return

Full Refund Window: Requests for a full refund must be made within 2 days after receiving the order.

Initiating the Return: You must contact us within those 2 days to initiate the return.

5. Refund Process

Authorization: All returns must be authorized by the Dayezora Team.

Initiating the Process: Email us to begin the return/refund authorization process.

Refund Types: Refunds will be processed in the form of credit, which may take up to 10 days to appear in your account, depending on your bank and financial institution.

Exclusions: Refunds will be for the amount of the item(s) purchased and will not include any shipping costs/fees or taxes previously charged.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

Eligibility: Damaged or defective items can be returned if the damage occurred upon delivery.

Timeframe: Damage or missing claims must be made within two days of receipt.

Refund Process: We’ll process your return as soon as we receive it, deducting the original shipping charges. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Documentation: Photos of the damage must be included in your return initiation email.
